The Kulshan Chorus is pleased to present a musical version of “comfort food” – favorite songs drawn from the Kulshan Chorus repertoire of the last 20 years. We offer you a diverse program of tunes spanning many genres, from doo-wop to power pop, Motown to Cape Town, French café to gospel mainstay. These are songs we love to sing; they’re joyous, uplifting, and just plain fun.

Joining us will be one of our favorite bands, Paul Klein and The Atlantics, who have been rocking the Bellingham music scene for the last 30 years, having played their first “gig” on election night, 1980*. It’s always a party with The Atlantics in the house, and tonight will be no exception. So come and join us, and get ready to feel the love. To borrow a line from Elton John, our gift is our song, and this one’s for you.

* The Atlantics will be celebrating their 30th anniversary this summer and have been asked by Chuck and Dee Robinson of Village Books, which is also celebrating a 30th anniversary of being in business, to participate in a "joint" Birthday party on the Chuckanut Radio Hour, hosted by ---- Chuck and Dee Robinson. Plan to come on down and join them early on the evening of June 17 for a dance party and live radio show at the Boundary Bay Beer Garden.

Put it on your calendar. You won't be disappointed.
