The Kulshan Chorus Needs You!!

HELP US CELEBRATE HUMAN DIVERSITY AND The common bonds we share through music!

Join us in celebrating human connection through music! It is our work to sing songs that resonant with you, and which remain in your mind as we are all involved in building a more tolerant and just society through the power of music. We have several levels of giving, and each is crucially important:

Become a Legacy Builder! These gifts range from $5,000 - $10,000. These are persons and/or organizations who have a vested interest in the permanent continuation of the Kulshan Chorus as well as the funds to contribute to fulfilling our mission, generation after generation. These entities will be permanently named on our website and in all of our concert programs.

Become a Maestro Donor! $2,000. Whether this is an annual or a seasonal gift, your name will be printed on our website and in our concert programs for that concert year (Fall – Spring)

Become a Season/Concert Sponsor! $1,500. This gift sustains us for our rehearsals for one season, as well as helping with the production costs for one concert. This entity will be named on our website for that season, and in that season’s concert program.

Become a Director’s Circle Sponsor! $500-$1,499. This gift sustains us for our rehearsals for one season, as well as helping with the production costs for one concert. This entity will be named on our website for that season, and in that season’s concert program.

Become a Member of the Patron Circle! $100 - $499. This gift helps us with our business expenses, which are year-round, as well as all aspects of chorus and concert publicity and concert production. With your permission, we will list your name on our website and in our concert program for that season.

Become a Friend of the Chorus! $1 - $99. Any amount anyone can give is just as important any other gift. We so appreciate your thoughtfulness and generosity, and every dollar does count! With your permission, we will list your name on our website and in our concert program for that season.

Become a Sustaining Donor! Did you know you can arrange automatic transfers of any amount of money monthly or quarterly from your bank account to ours? This is perfect for anyone who wants to give continually, and avoids the hassle of writing a check or using a credit card. Please contact fundraising@kulshanchorus.org for more details!

IN MEMORIAM DONATIONS. The Kulshan Chorus has been fortunate to have had many singers and fans for over the 30+ years of our legacy. With the passage of time, contributions have been made designated as “In Memoriam” gifts to honor a loved one who has passed. These In Memoriam gifts will be listed on our website and in our concert program during the concert year in which they are received (Fall – Spring). Please contact fundraising@kulshanchorus.org for more information. Such gifts can be made by sending a note with a check, made out to the Kulshan Chorus, naming the person to be honored as well as the donor, and mailed to the Fundraising Chair at P. O. Box 1695 Bellingham, WA 98227.

The Board of Directors of the Kulshan Chorus is thrilled to announce that our chorus has been awarded a ReStart Washington Grant from WA State Arts Commission! We were chosen out of a wide field of arts organizations from all over WA State, and are so proud and gratified to receive this gift. It comes at a very necessary time, after over two years of COVID-19, when we have not been able to produce our concerts or extend our collaboration efforts with schools and other community organizations. This grant provides important support while we continue to build our chorus, rehearse and develop our music for the Whatcom County community.
